If Mer Goes Into An Art Store…

If Mer goes into an art store, you can be sure she’ll never come out again. (At least not without spending a lot of money.)

If Mer goes into an art store, she’ll have to look in the painting section.

If she goes into the painting section, she’ll have to pick up some canvases.

If she picks up some canvases, she’ll have to get some paintbrushes to go with them.

The paintbrushes are right next to the sewing section, so she’ll go look for waxed linen thread.

If she goes to look for waxed linen thread, the store associate won’t be able to find it and they’ll take a field trip to scrapbooking.

If Mer goes to scrapbooking, inevitably there will not be the right kind of thread, and she’ll have to go to crafts.

If she goes into crafts, she’ll find her string, and then be distracted by the leather.

If she’s distracted by the leather, then there will be purchasing of leather.

And then of course a leather hole punch to go with it.

(And while she’s in the crafty isle, she’ll pick up some feathers to go on the Castiel notebook she’s making.)

And when Mer looks at the leather, she thinks about how great little metal gears would look on it.

So she heads over to scrapbooking again and stares at the metal scrapbooking pieces.

If she stares at the scrapbooking stuff too long, she’s bound to get tiny brads and tiny gears.

By this point, she thinks she’s spent enough money and leaves Hobby Lobby quite satisfied with the experience.
